Muhammad Sarwar Dayala started his career with Union Bank in the Treasury Operation Department in 2001 and moved to Glaxo SmithKline Pakistan Limited in 2002. He worked on various projects and obtained a rich experience in financial controlling, planning and budgeting, account receivable, supply chain management and warehouse management.
He joined the company as Assistant Manager in CDC R/TA in 2010 and successfully transformed the entire working environment by re-engineering working processes and automated various business functions. He brought a tremendous change in entire share registrar services business and managed to present the company as hi-tech business solution provider for all stake-holders of capital market. There are a number of new business products and customized solutions are on his credit including bulk mailing operation, record management & archiving, e-IPO, e-Voting, e-Meeting (Video Conferencing), e-Dividend etc.
He has successfully completed various projects and introduced new business lines for the Company and played a leading role in the formation of new entity – CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.
He is presently working as a Assistant General Manager and looking after the areas of transaction, transmission, customer care, correspondence, projects, branch operations and marketing & business development of
CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.
He has represented the Company on many forums by attending seminars & conferences in Pakistan and abroad.
Mr. Muhammad Sarwar Dayala did his Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Hamdard University, Karachi in 2008.
